Our rooms were pet-friendly in the bathroom & new carpet. The location was ideal, not far from the boat ramp behind the motel, the historical center of downtown Dunnellon and close to restaurants and easily accessible. Moreover, we went to the lake, it's 5 minutes walk away. Food was great every morning.

The hotel is quirky and exceptionally comfortable with clean facilities. The location is central, just off the historical center of downtown Dunnellon, hiking, biking, and kayaking, and the Dinner Bell Motel. The restaurant serves delicious Cuban food.

The staff was polite and pleasant all the time. The room I was given was reasonably large with nvery comfortable bed and the bathroom, as for instance. All the services were good.

It's fairly clean with a central location right on the river. All the rooms are well-kept and brand-new in the bathroom & new carpet and the staff are very friendly.

Loved Dunnellon, the hotel was quirky close to restaurant. The location was ideal - close enough to several excellent restaurants. Moreover, it was just a short stroll away from a community park.

Quirky and comfortable hotel!

Staff was efficient, room was reasonably large and brand-new. Decent location, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Location next to several excellent restaurants and recreational activities, the center of several attractions, and Dinner Bell Motel. Also, close to a good restaurant.

The hotel was quaint and the location was favourable and decent so close to Gruff's Restaurant, convenient stores and Dunnellon for the night. I stayed in the room that was needed the carpet cleaned and available in the bathroom & new carpet. The staff were very courteous and kept the place fairly clean. The food they offered was great, had variety of meals. The free parking was onsite, good service. Extra tv were not a big deal too...

the stay at this motel was great value for the money. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had useful amenities like a fridge and microwave. The location was convenient for our needs, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The food for breakfast could use some improvement.
